Liso Mdutyana is a Junior Researcher on Debt and Budget Policy in the IEJ’s Resourcing for Rights Realisation (RRR) team. Liso Mdutyana has a BCom in Philosophy and Economics, an Honours in Applied Development Economics, and a Master’s in Applied Development Economics from Wits University. His areas of interest include political economy, labour markets, technology and work, and fiscal policy.
