Her expertise includes talent management, employee experience, organisational development, diversity and inclusion, leadership development and change management. Crysanther holds an MCom in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and is passionate about building inclusive, people-centred workplaces where employees can thrive and contribute meaningfully.
