Mihlali is a Communications Intern supporting the Advocacy and Communications team at the IEJ. She focuses on drafting multi-channel social media copy, designing engaging visual content, and ensuring IEJ’s research and campaigns reach diverse public audiences. Mihlali brings a deep understanding of fair wage and decent work advocacy, having previously coordinated communication strategies for the Living Wage South Africa Network and the global WageIndicator Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Organisational Psychology and Psychology) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies (Marketing) from the University of Cape Town.
